Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of LiBSEC's VPN and VPS services, the Flame X app and this website.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By buying a plan, installing the app or using any LiBSEC service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
The services
LiBSEC provides a private VPN service and virtual private servers (VPS). Plans, features, included resources and prices are described on our website and may change over time. Changes to a plan you have already paid for apply from your next purchase.
The Flame X app is free to install. The free version may show ads. Paid plans unlock access without ads, as described on our website.
Your license key
- Give a valid email address when you buy, so we can deliver your license key and receipts.
- Keep your license key, VPN credentials, API keys and server access keys private. Anyone who has your key can use it, and you are responsible for activity under it.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your key has been used without your permission.
- One VPN plan is for the number of devices stated on that plan. Do not resell or share access outside it, except through a Reseller plan.
Reseller plans
A Reseller plan lets you buy license keys in bulk and sell them to your own customers. Each key is single-use and lasts for the period you chose when you bought it. You are responsible for your own customers, for support you offer them, and for any claims they make about the service. Keys are delivered once payment is confirmed and are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- send spam, phishing or other unsolicited bulk messages;
- attack, scan or probe networks or systems you do not own or have permission to test, or run denial-of-service tools;
- distribute malware, or host command-and-control infrastructure;
- host or share content that sexually exploits children; we report this to the authorities;
- interfere with the services or other customers, or try to evade usage limits or security controls.
If we receive a valid abuse report about a VPS, we may contact you, ask you to fix the problem, or suspend the server. Abuse reports can be sent to [email protected].
Your VPS and your content
You get root access to your VPS and are responsible for what runs on it: the software, its configuration, updates, security and backups. You keep ownership of your content. You give us only the permission needed to run the service, for example to store, transfer and back up data at your request.
Payments and refunds
- Plans are prepaid in crypto for the period you choose. They do not renew automatically.
- Your license key works until the end of the period you paid for. To keep using the service after that, buy a new plan.
- Payments are made on Zeno Bank's secure page. You are responsible for choosing the correct coin and network, and for any network fees.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. You can try the free app before you buy.
- Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the services running, but we do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features, locations or protocols. If we remove something you rely on, we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the network or other customers at risk, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The services are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that they will meet your needs or be free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated terms on this website with a new date at the top, and when the change is material we will also email the address we have on file for your order, where we have one. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated terms.
