Privacy Policy
How LiBSEC collects, uses and protects your information, and what we do not collect.

The short version
- Our VPN servers do not store your browsing activity, DNS queries or connection timestamps.
- We use your email only to deliver your license key and receipts, or to reply to your message. We never sell it or use it for marketing.
- The free Flame X app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect your IP address and advertising ID under their own policies. This is separate from our VPN servers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
Orders:
- your email address, used only to send your license key and receipts;
- your plan, the license keys issued, payment status and the transaction ID from our payment processor. We never see your wallet or exchange login.
Support: the name, email address and message you send through the contact form.
Free app: if you use the free version, our ad provider (Google AdMob) and the advertising partners it works with may collect your IP address, your advertising ID, device identifiers and ad interaction data, in order to show and measure ads. We do not receive or store this data. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent before ads are shown. Paid plans do not show ads. VPS customers also generate service data, such as the servers you deploy, their location and plan, the IP addresses assigned to them, and resource usage that we need for billing and for keeping the platform healthy.
Website: we store your light or dark theme choice in your browser. It stays on your device.
What we do not collect
On our VPN servers we do not record the sites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries, or when and how long you connect. This is the data a log request would target, so there is nothing of that kind for us to hand over.
How we use information
- to deliver your license key and send receipts;
- to take payments and prevent fraud;
- to answer support requests and send essential service notices;
- to investigate abuse of our network and enforce our Terms of Service;
- to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run the services: Zeno Bank for payments, Resend for sending keys and receipts, and our ad provider (Google AdMob, together with its advertising partners) for the free app. Google AdMob collects its data directly through the ads in the app, under its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We share only what each needs for that job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of others. We do not sell personal information or use your email address for advertising.
How long we keep it
We delete your email address 30 days after your license key is delivered. Contact messages are deleted after 30 days. Payment records are held by Zeno Bank under its own policy. Network traffic and connection logs are not kept at all.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; if you find a vulnerability, please report it as described in our security documentation.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to some uses. Write to [email protected] from the email address you used and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
LiBSEC is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material we will post a notice on this website. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
