User Agreement

The agreement between you and LiBSEC for installing and using the Flame X VPN app and your VPN license key.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

About this agreement

This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and LiBSEC about the Flame X VPN app (the "App") and the VPN service it connects to (the "VPN"). It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict on the use of the App or the VPN, this agreement applies.

By installing the App, entering a license key or connecting to the VPN, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, uninstall the App and do not use the VPN.

Who can use the VPN

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the age at which you can enter a binding contract where you live, whichever is higher.
  • You must be allowed to use a VPN where you live. Some countries restrict or ban VPNs. You are responsible for checking and following your local laws.
  • You must not have been banned from the VPN before.

Your license to use the App

LiBSEC gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your own devices, for your own lawful use, for as long as this agreement is in force. The App is licensed to you, not sold. LiBSEC and its licensors keep all rights in the App, its name, logo and design.

What you may not do with the App

  • copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the App, except where the law says you may despite this restriction;
  • remove or change any notices, branding or security features;
  • repackage, rebrand, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App or access to the VPN, except through a Reseller plan;
  • use the App to build a competing service, or to scrape, test or overload our servers;
  • bypass or tamper with ads, license checks, device limits or usage limits;
  • use modified, cracked or unofficial versions of the App. Install the App only from Google Play or the download links on our website.

Free version and paid plans

The Flame X app is free to install. The free version shows ads, served by Google AdMob. A paid plan removes ads and unlocks the features listed for that plan on our website.

  • You can use the free version without an account.
  • A paid plan is activated by entering the license key we send to your email.
  • Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Payment and refund rules are in the Terms of Service.
  • We may change what the free version includes, for example speed, locations or ad frequency, to keep the service running.

Ads in the free version

By using the free version you agree to see ads. Google AdMob and its partners may use your advertising ID and other device data to show and measure ads, under their own policies. Where the law requires it, the App asks for your consent first. You can reset or turn off personalized ads in your Android settings, or remove ads by buying a paid plan. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Do not click ads on purpose to generate revenue, and do not use bots or tools to do so.

Your license key and devices

  • A license key is personal to you. Keep it private and do not post or share it.
  • Each plan allows the number of devices stated on that plan. If more devices use the same key than the plan allows, some connections may be refused.
  • If a key is leaked or abused, we may disable it. Contact us and we will help you recover access where we can verify your order.
  • A key stops working when the paid period ends. We cannot extend or transfer a key to another person.

Using the VPN responsibly

The VPN is meant to protect your privacy and secure your connection. You agree to follow the Acceptable Use rules in our Terms of Service, and in particular you will not use the VPN to:

  • commit fraud, harass or threaten others, or access accounts or systems without permission;
  • attack, scan or flood other networks, or send spam or phishing messages;
  • distribute malware or run botnets or command-and-control servers;
  • share or access content that sexually exploits children. We report this to the authorities.
A VPN does not make unlawful activity lawful. You are responsible for what you do while connected.

Permissions the App needs

To work as a VPN, the App needs some device permissions. You agree that we may use them only for the purposes below:

  • VPN connection: Android asks you to approve the App creating a VPN connection. The App routes your traffic through our servers only while you are connected.
  • Network access: to reach our servers, check your connection and load ads in the free version.
  • Per-app routing: if you choose which apps use the VPN, the App reads the list of installed apps on your device to show you that choice. The list stays on your device and is not uploaded.
  • Notifications: to show the connection status while the VPN is running.

Our no-logs commitment

Our VPN servers do not record the sites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries, or when and how long you connect. The Privacy Policy explains which data we do collect, such as order details, and which ad data the free version generates.

What the VPN cannot promise

  • A VPN hides your traffic from your network and your IP address from the sites you visit. It does not make you anonymous, and it does not protect you from malware, phishing or accounts you log in to.
  • Speed and availability depend on your network, your distance to the server and demand. We do not promise any specific speed or uptime.
  • Some websites, apps and services block VPN traffic. We do not promise access to any specific service.
  • We do not promise that the VPN will work in every country or on every network.

Updates

We may release updates to fix bugs, improve security or add features. Some updates may be needed to keep the VPN working, and older versions may stop connecting. Updates are covered by this agreement unless they come with their own terms.

Third-party software

The App uses open-source and third-party components, each under its own license, and the Google AdMob SDK in the free version. Where such a license gives you more rights than this agreement for that component, the license applies to that component.

Ending this agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and stopping use of the VPN. We may end it, and disable your license key or block your device, if you break this agreement or our Terms of Service, if your use puts the network or other users at risk, if a payment is reversed, or if the law requires it. When it ends, your license to use the App ends too, and you must delete the App. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as restrictions and liability, continue after it ends.

Warranty and liability

The App and the VPN are provided as they are and as available. To the extent the law allows, LiBSEC gives no warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular purpose, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability relating to the App or the VPN is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and is zero for the free version where the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. We will post the new version on this website with a new date at the top, and the App may show a notice for material changes. If you keep using the App or the VPN after a change, you accept the updated agreement. If you do not agree, stop using them.
